Resolving Your Past
Do you ask your self why you have the same problems over and over? Have you wondered why you struggle with the same emotional battles? have you wanted a change but did not know how to change? Are you unfulfilled with a lack of purpose? Do you have more potential than you are utilizing? Are you depressed? Do you have anxiety in your nerves and your body? Are you afraid? Are your relationships dysfunctional and unhappy? Do you have low self-esteem? Are you abused? Do you have a desire to improve your life like never before? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then Trinity program is for you.
In the Trinity Program, your past wounds, hurts, traumas, and personal disappointments are identified, forgiven, healed, and worked through therapeutically, so you can experience freedom and wholeness within your spirit, mind, emotions and body. Many are bound and held captive to their past unnecessarily. This causes them to constantly look back in regret, guilt, shame, fear, or self-condemnation. Examining your past is necessary in order to identify what you need to resolve, and so that you will not repeat the same wounds and negative patterns. Your memory was not created for the purpose of self-punishment and self-condemnation. It was created to be used for your improvement. Rehearsing the same past information over and over, but never coming up with a solution, will produce torment and obsessions, but no positive change. Your past wounds even though suppressed, left unresolved, will eventually push forward into your behavior and create "wound behaviors" in the form of faulty perceptions, hypersensitivities, addictions, insecurities, inferiorities, trauma bonding, rage, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, panic, fears, phobias and more. These manifestations exist because of wounds, which must be dealt with in a professional and effective way which produces freedom and recovery for the client. You must open your inner "closet" and clean out the "skeletons" so that you will not be afraid of them being seen. (Ephesians 4:22 AMP) "Strip yourselves of your former nature (put off and discard your old unrenewed self) which characterized your previous manner of life..."
Restoring Your Health
Restoring Health means that your self-worth and self-image have to be restored to a productive state of self-esteem and self value. Self-worth is the value you place on yourself and your perceived value from others. Self-image is the how you view your self and your perceived view from others. When you have a good self image and worth, you feel much better and are free to love other people without the fear of non-acceptance or rejection.
Good health is the definition of success, according to Americans who were surveyed in a Gallop Poll conducted in 2005. However, good health and success will not happen accidentally, just because you agonize over it, or need it. People "need" to do many things in their life, but are not always willing to do everything it takes to experience results. Need alone, will not insure your recovery. Attaining real and lasting change can include the "need" to do so, but must also include a deep desire and desperation for freedom, happiness, fulfilment and health. Even if you feel hopeless, you must dare to step out even if you are afraid and take a risk. The Trinity program staff will walk you through the steps so that you can be healthy again. When you begin to experience a positive change, that you previously thought was too difficult, you will look back and say, "why didn't I do this sooner?" (Genesis 1:27 AMP) " So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God, He created him; male and female He created them..." (Ephesians 4:24 AMP) "and put on the new nature...created in God's image..." (John 2 AMP) "...that you may prosper in every way and (that your body) may keep well, even as (i know) your soul keeps well and prospers."
Retraining Your Thinking
Reprogramming the Mind means intentionally removing old thoughts and behavioral patterns and replacing them with new productive ones. Patterns are removed and replaced by design, not by chance or merely because time passes by. Lasting change always starts with your thought world. All behaviors are an end product of your thoughts. "Be changed by the entire renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2 AMP). This is where your reprogramming begins. Your thoughts are powerful, creative, and influential in your own life and eventually establish your beliefs. Your beliefs will produce behaviors that will become habit and eventually character (automatic behavior). What you practice the most on any given topic, will eventually download into your subconscious and unconscious mind, be encoded into your central nervous system and even be programmed into your muscles called "muscle memory". This process creates automatic behavior which is something you think, say or do without conscious, pre-meditated intent at the time of the behavior. I call these principles the "law of the mind" and the "law of action". These principles are behavioral laws that govern all behavior. These laws work whether the behavior is good or bad, right or wrong, productive or destructive. At the Trinity Program you will actually discover how to identify your old unwanted, negative or destructive behaviors and replace them with new ones, by design. This process will produce the positive results you desire in your life and your relationships. (Jeremiah 31:21 AMP) "Set up for yourselves highway markers, make for yourselves guideposts..." (Ephesians 4:22 AMP) "...and be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind (having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude)..."
