• Trauma Bonding - Trauma bonding is a bond with the trauma and/or other people, which is created as a result of a hurt, wound or trauma, where the wounded person inflicts onto others what was was done to them, or develops relationships that are problematic which will create traumas,  or repeating he same behaviors that hurt them ie; molestations, addictions, divorce, abandonment, rage, adultery, distrust..

    Understanding your own personality strengths and weaknesses as well as those with whom you work and interact, will equip each person to speak each other's "Personality Language".  In doing so, you can better relate to others VS speaking your personality to them and expecting them to relate to you. This will create better communication and cooperation in the unit. Understanding personalities will also tap into your God-given inner strengths and spiritual giftings that each personal possess on a core spiritual level. The result for the work place is more focus and unity, by removing personal and emotional distractions increasing productivity.  Understanding personality strengths and weaknesses will also give you the knowledge needed to match up personality with the best job description for that strength.  When you function in your gifts and strengths, you will be more productive and more fulfilled. If not, you will be less productive, less fulfilled, more distracted and short term in that position.  

Dr. Jones typically follows up this personality training by offering the following additional principles to his training which include:

·         Learned Behavior - thoughts, beliefs, actions, habit, automatic behavior...why and how learned behavior works

·         Understanding Authority - With authority, comes the power to produce and function. You can only operate in your personal strengths and giftings within your given authority to do so.

·         How to Replace Destructive Patterns with Productive Ones - The process of improvement

    Each seminar topic can be designed to be presented over a one time or multiple day schedule, depending on the needs of the client. Additional time may be necessary to complete the program dependent upon the extent of the question and answer time during each seminar.
